I am a commercial and fine arts photographer with over 40 years of experience taking photographs.

My fine art images are inspired by the majestic scenery of the deserts of Southern California and the expansive plains of the Midwest.

I find my creativity continuously ignited by the remarkable talents of landscape photographers of the California Modernists. This awe-inspiring group, also recognized as the Group F/64, with their meticulous attention to detail and precision in capturing nature's beauty, astounds and influences me greatly.

Furthermore, the work of notable painters such as Albert Bierstadt, John Frederick Kensett, Sanford Robinson Gifford, Ralph Albert Blakelock, and countless other esteemed artists, continues to enrich my artistic vision and fuel my passions for photography.
